Does changing to single shot increase impact? Like a lot? Because if it doesn't, than it's crap

The different firing modes make it act like the different Primary types, but it will not do the same damage. It's still an Auto, but it will make it a more versatile weapon.

Of course it increases the impact. The goal is to have hundreds of guns in one, and in scout rifle mode, it behaves like a scout rifle.
