Garrison evade is also an "armor ability." Not actually one available on titans with out such like shade step being available to hunters with out the armor...

I didn't address The Garrison for a reason, it too has vertical benefit in terms of displacement much like blink where shadestep doesn't. I'm personally okay with the change to twilight, especially when their shoulder charge still works for things like Arc ability kills while they nurfed the throwing knife with juggler when it comes to solar ability kills. You can mess up a knife throw & then be stuck with a significant cool down, but nothing like shoulder charge. But nurfing a shoulder roll, really? -smh-
