As others have mentioned there is no "the" in "Challenge of Elders". Also you missed 3oC "3 of Coins", a fairly common abbreviation.
Edit: So apparently Bungie is even a little mixed up on whether there is a "the". On the Recruitment page it's "Challenge of Elders" but on the activity page it's "Challenge of the Elders". Things like this cause wars.
