Well it doesn't [i]need[/i] an anime style picture for the background...
But yes, liking anime pictures that are placed with a song that's been speed up slightly and the pitch increased most certainly makes them Weeaboo scum which in itself is of course the worst and stupidest thing in the world!

Please note the little "/s" at the bottom of my post But it's entirely dependant on the song and how well the video fits with it... E.g. There's an amv of pretty little psycho that's been put with clips of Harley Quinn from the animated batman series.
