It's about time.
Except that's not exactly 'The city'.
It's Bannerfall. I personally believe it has something to do with Iron Banner, given the name, but I'm probably wrong on that.

So lets say there is a plaza in the center of the City. But it is abandoned. If I was standing there, would I not be in the city?

Everything around it would be abandoned too. So, no. A city's size increase or decrease over time

So on your logic, if there is an abandoned house, maybe it foreclosed, it is no longer a part of the town and all the houses around it need to be abandoned too?

I am sorry if I annoyed you, but you presented a logical inconsistency. I simply tried to correct you and instead of simply admitting you made a mistake, you became extremely defensive of your inconsistency. If you had better things to do, you simply could of had ignored me or admit your simple mistake and all would have been fine. But you didn't so I responded as I normally would when someone makes a false claim, I defended my standpoint. Forgive me. Lets just ignore this.
