Yes, that would make exotics more exotic. Now I see them as glorified legendaries.

It would also help if xur on sold specific exotics to him and the rest must be earned via quests instead of engrams

I feel all exotics shouldve been harder to get, like the chaperone or ToM or best yet, the sleeper. So many just want without actually earning it. I was lucky, got ghally and ice breaker early from raid drops, felt bad for some who would raid daily and never get. I was a bit dissapointed still when xur sold them. I think they should all be questlined so they are still attainable by any who meet the challenge. My favorite to get was the no time to explain.

Oh I'm looking forward to it. It looks versatile. Probably the most technically versatile weapon that will be in the game.
