If that's all for crucible, I won't bother upgrading from the 360... well not for destiny anyway.
I really expected custom games.

I'd upgrade just to get rid of 360 lag. Seriously you can't judge the Crucible based on 360 alone, it's drastically better on an XBone. The reduction in imput lag and the graphical fidelity alone would be enough for me now in hindsight.

I want to, although I begrudge paying for the expansions again, I thought they would hang out till D2 to drop last gen. I would/should of upgraded long ago but family life ain't cheap

Yeah I ended up buying ttk twice which sucked ass. TBH, 50 for ROI + everything else vs 30 for ROI on 360 then 50 for everything on Xbone and the upgrade now option wins. Assuming of course that you can afford the console. I discovered I had a whole bunch of stored Tesco club card points and so managed to score myself a 1Tb xbone for 213. Which seemed like good value. I definitely suggest looking for ways like that to score a better deal.

Probably get one on finance or I'm due a phone upgrade & I could get one thrown in.... dunno man, battlefield one seems more appealing than ROI at the moment.

If anything, custom games will come in Destiny 2. I hardly think that what amounts to an expansion of the core game - one that the devs explicitly stated would [b]not[/b] be Crucible-focused - would bring a change as dramatic as custom games. I could be wrong though.
