Obvious choice, but arcanine. I feel he doesn't get enough love for what was a super cool (and almost legendary) Pokemon.

As an Arcanine trainer, I do agree that it needs something to be done to it positively

There are rumours that Arcanine has an Alola form, and it's water type.
