It's Jon Weisnewski and his idiot balancing act. Basically, he puts his IQ on one side, and everything that's good about destiny on the other. His IQ is still smaller. And so the nerfs continue.
Hand canons are my favourite. But they are -blam!-ing garbage right now.

I just find it frustrating that im going along doing well, and then it all ends because somehow blanks ended up in my gun. Also, hand cannons were my favorite as well, and i still enjoy using them but i end up being frustrated with this problem and switch weapons.
