I mean the same thing would happen on ebay regardless someone would mass bid. Buy a bunch then resale for even more.

While that may be true, at least the foundation would be getting a lot more money than the 10ish (from what I remember) bucks they're selling the pins for currently. Just an idea though. Maybe a bad one but one I felt compelled to share.
