Your life may suck, but only you have the power to improve it. Do what makes you happy. Go for a walk or whatever. Make changes that you need to. Try to meet new people, you'll never know what can come from that. Do things that you never think you would ever do, put yourself out there. Start conversations with strangers, eat at a different restaurant, go to a lake and skip rocks. Adopt a pet, that pet can help you do new things and meet new people.
Hope I've helped.

I'm awkward in social places. Really quiet. And nobody has ever liked me for more than a few months so anybody I talk to would hate me and I enjoy nothing bc of my depression and being made fun of for anything I've ever enjoyed

However you are now in these situations is okay. There's always time to improve your skills in something, which in your case would be communication skills. Exploring your town, eating out at night, or trying a new sport (frisbee golf is pretty fun) can open you up to potentially meeting new people. This way you can work on communicating. Other ways you could do this is by getting a job in retail or a restaurant or anywhere for that matter where you can practice communicating and face different and uncomfortable situations. Sure situations like these can be scary, but there's only one way to improve yourself and that's by trying. Trying is a big part of life. That's all you can do. People will judge and mock you for anything (like frisbee golf or friends you have), but deep down if you do enjoy something that is all that matters. And if unique situations arise, like being able to travel somewhere or go somewhere new, try them! What are your hobbies?
