I don't know about that, but I found a Youtube video from a few months ago that expresses the exact problem I've been having. Hopefully one of the following two links will take you there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWxaH_-JMxg https://youtu.be/MWxaH_-JMxg If those don't work, search "destiny glimmer bug". I think it is a 39 second video. A person called Maple Plum uploaded it on March 20, 2016. They commented: "As of making this video, I am level 19. I do not receive Glimmer from dismantling items regardless of color but from what I read this may or may not be a bug. The problem is I do not receive any Glimmer from Majors or Ultras even if I am on par with them level-wise."
