More battle experience, perfect susano, better taijitsu. Only way I see Itachi winning is with his sword attack thing

Madara certainly has more experience, but Itachi has better intelligence. His Sussano isn't perfect, but it's superior has he has the sword of Tusuka... and the Mirror of Yata = Block anything, seal anything. And Itachi has Inzangi, which works on Uchiha.

True while Itachi might have more intelligence I don't know of we can definitively say he has more on the battle field. Another thing I think we should consider is Itachi's poor health when fighting Sasuke which would gimp him in his fight with Madara.

Yeah, battle strength is unknown, but with this scenario. Itachi has EMS, so he his disease is discounted.
