It lacks that unique purpose.

It's the most unique auto rifle I can think of. And making it do something as unique as shoot out of the bubble would put it way above Tlaloc and AoS, since their perks have nothing to do with the subclass in any way.

I agree. It is very unique and I have no problems with it. A buff to the magazine size and a slight stability buff wouldn't hurt though.
