27% of people don't k own why living in the mountains isn't as great as they think. It's not like an 80's ski movie where you bang chick's everyday.

Some houses that I see offer when going to snowboard are perfect. Just outside the mountains with tons of privacy because of the trees and obviously close for skiing. Idk what else u could want

The other 6 months of the year with no snow. Sure there's privacy, but there is nothing fun to do except during ski season. And if you want to have any food different than the same few restraints within the mountain town, then you have to drive at least 3 hours. Don't get me wrong it's great to stay there for maybe two weeks or so, but living there sucks

You could mountain bike/make a trail for one, or grass ski, hike.

Maybe find a place nearby a nice lake then. If I was to live outside of a city though that is where it would be
