Grasp Of Malok vs Aegis Of The Reef(VOTE)
Which pulse rifle do you prefer, Which one is more efficient? Feel free to [b]LEAVE A LIKE [/b]on this post, I would love to see what the majority of the community thinks :D. They're both very good in my opinion, so I would have to say both for sure.

Depends on the perks. I'd take an Aegis with a badass perk roll over a Grasp with a mediocre one.

Grasp is my choice but I get out gunned by the reef more then any other weapon

Those two are my favorite pulses at the moment. I usually use grasp because it pairs better with a sniper. I'll use Agies on longer maps. My Agies has red dot oas, smallbore, high-caliber rounds, and outlaw/counterbalance Myers grasp has red dot oas, counterbalance, braced frame, and glass half full.

I use both, depends on my mood. My Aegis has Hammer Forged, Snapshot and Rangefinder My Grasp has Rangefinder, Perfect Balance, Feeding Frenzy. All in all, I like the stability of my Aegis, but the rate of fire on the Grasp is favorable. Depending on who gets the jump(and who can aim better), an Aegis can best a Grasp in a gunfight.

I have an aegis with small bore, high caliber rounds and hidden hand. Its a beast!

I believe grasp kills faster with a much higher fire rate. Aegis is comparable to pdx45 iirc.

For me, I like the aegis more. The full auto perk is beneficial for me. I hate pumping rounds with the grasp. Grasp is better though in the time it takes to kill someone.

2 RepliesI would love to get my hands on a Aegis with Perfect Balance, Counterbalance, and Full Auto because it is the only one of archetype to be able to have that roll. Plus it looks sick with green or red chroma.

1 ReplyI've never farmed for Grasp. I stopped playing in November and just came back late June. My clan doesn't play anymore and I've never cared to look for a group to farm for it. But I got lucky enough to get Aegis from a package and it has Perfect Balance, Full Auto, and Counterbalance and I've faired pretty well with it in the crucible

depends on perks. I wanted the Aegis for so long, and got one with Full Auto, which I thought would be nice, but it cannot hold a candle to my Grasp of Malok. Maybe if you got a crap Grasp roll compared to a God roll on Aegis they could compare, but otherwise I think Grasp takes it.

Both kill with the same ammount of headshots. The grasp has a higher firerate though.

I have both, Grasp is better.

Hard to compare because Grasp has a faster fire rate. I find I do better with my Aegis as it's easier to hit headshots and it has high caliber rounds which causes significant flinch. But grasp is really fun to use as well. I generally alternate them most games.
