I personally have attempted uploading 4 videos total. Which of only 1 was approved immediately and uploaded. The other 3 are "still pending" , or always so as "Not available/found" when I look in my recent activity on my profile.
Something like this would be a great feature and simple to add.

Bump! The not knowing is tedious, i get that it takes time, when there's a lot of submissions and it needs to be manually approved. A ticket system would at least give us an idea of whats going on.
