They added modifiers too..
The Wanted = Bullets can now shoot around walls (no special bullet bending abilities required)
The One shot Two shot = The killing bullet will never be seen or felt
Time Bender = Bullets register 1 second too late
The Reverse Matrix = Bullets sometimes avoid their target
Edit: Head Like a Hole: Random precision shots will pass completely through the enemy's head without doing damage. Thanks to CBatis
The Ballistic Fist = Melee attacks have sniper rifle range! Thanks to GodsPoisonSamael
Fist of Legend = all melees are ohk regardless of class, race, gender, super activity, car you drive, cleanliness of your house, or the fact that the game is still loading or looking for players. But you are the only one who can't seem to get it to proc...ever.

My guns seem to have a new, hidden perk Head Like a Hole: Random precision shots will pass completely through the enemy's head without doing damage.
