I've been thinking about this mate and you deserve some serious props. Essentially what you've been working on is a quasi government within bungie.net which is superbly ambitious given the amount of degenerates frequenting the site. I sincerely hope an effective voice for the community at large evolves from this, given my past experiences here though....you're in for one hell of a fight. I'm with you and for this idea all the way, it's not perfect, but it's a start!
