Okay we get it, you don't like trump and he's not the smartest guy around but why falsely accuse him of -blam!- an underaged girl? That's just going way too far.

No, i never said that Although it appears to be false and is clear by the amount of people who obviously dislike him. Im not a supporter of trump btw Besides they only clear evidence is he said and she said I.e witness statements. This pills into favour of the female as judges are statistcally more likely to believe someone who has claimed to be -blam!- then the defendant

It may appear to be false, but that doesn't mean it is. Any allegation like this needs to be investigated thoroughly. There is an argument for not dragging people's names through the mud just for being accused of a crime, but as a presidential candidate you can expect to be under some fairly intense scrutiny.

I don't know why being sensible makes me a social justice warrior in your eyes. False r[i]a[/i]pe allegations are very serious and should be treated as such. However, assuming that serious allegations are false is very dangerous. We must assume Trump is innocent, but that does not mean we can just claim the girl is lying. She is also innocent until proven guilty.
