It should make make u completely invisible from the radar while invisible. As it is, the radar briefly flashes. It would make it a more viable option in PvP.

I think it makes you disappear from radar completely. The problem is the time durations. If I'm too far away, I'll become visible before it's useful; if I'm too close, I'm usually spotted before I go invis or they can still see the blur.
