Just finished it for the the Mountaintop for the Moments of Triumph, I it was glitched and I could open the last bounty and I was very excited because I got a Party Crasher. And then it was garbage, no range perks at [b]ALL[/b]. I am going to search it up but, say you have like 2 true meaning of war bounty's on you, then next week you complete it, does that count?

you can hold the 5 bounties for next week's true meaning of war (if that's what you're asking). I feel your pain though, on Xbox I had 3 party crashers drop and I shat myself every time but all 3 had no range perks. on ps4 though I was grinding crucible at 3AM and dropped a rangefinder rifled barrel aggressive ballistics party crasher. the key is to pray to rngesus every night and day
