Sometimes if you are playing with people from across the globe this will cause many issues.
I am from the United States, I've experienced many issues with the raid when playing with people from the UK or Australia.
Another issue maybe a member of your fireteam doesn't have the greatest internet then someone at their home starts watch Netflix or is streaming YouTube videos. This will cause their connection to be degraded significantly which in turn will affect your overall gaming experience.

Actually, we were playing with someone from Australia and we were doing fine, but when we were playing with those who are all on the same side of America with good to amazing internet, we had this problem.

Another fix maybe switching fireteam leaders or going to orbit and returning to the raid.

Nope, we were all green bar, as for your other post, we already had tried that and was met with the same result.

Is it only the shade acting funny? Are the ogres spawning correctly?

Yeah, it's just the Shade, the Ogre's spawn on time and die just as well (with the one exception where the one Ogre didn't want to die the one time, but I think that was just an accident on my one friend's behalf.)

We're not doing the raid tonight unfortunately, too many of us are busy or have work early, as for space, it all depends on whether or not someone has work or has the time.
