You are aware you get a commission for all sales of your art work, right?

You don't read, do you? It's highlighted. They'll pay you, sure, but how much is the shirt being sold for and what's the commission? These sort of things are usually established by corporations before they attempt to license the work.
-
Average commission for art sales on physical merchandise is an avg. of 12% of the sale value, excluding taxes and shipping. So on a $30 t-shirt you are gonna net about $4 per shirt sold. But I'm guessing you've never sold anything to a corporation on a commission's return.

I've never sold anything outside of prints, I don't make shirts.
-
Not your fault. The terms they listed are really reasonable. Typically it is stipulated that they will receive a shitty 4% but with it not being specified it can be anything. Windows paid me 18% for a t-shirt design.
-
The commission is for each sale, forever, or within a launch window? I think that's something the community should at least be aware of.
-
Typically it is for the duration of the availability of the design. So if the shirt sells for a year, then the commission is for the year. If they bring it back, then you get commission again.

Hopefully it's like that, then, at least the artists can be drip fed if the design is successful.
