Honestly I'd say those two kids are better off. I'd much rather have my death go unnoticed by the disgusting mass media who'd just use it to fuel their appeal to groups who don't know how to think for themselves.

Confused. Its because they died that their deaths are on media... so if they are "better off"(assuming better off means dead) wouldnt that means they would be getting the exact thing you stated you didnt want to happen?

I wouldn't want to be used to push nationwide news agendas or to have my name spammed all over social media throughout the country. Those two got off easy imo.
