Are they actually going to do anything for the players? Or just make themselves another over the top cake and spend the day patting themselves on the back?

Nope. Hence I remember how lame it was last year. They announced moments of triumph, which had been leaked earlier and wasn't actually available for another 3 months, and bought themselves a gjallarhorn cake which probably cost a small fortune
