Can I still get Year 1 exotics on TTK?
Recently, I've had trying to raise my Grimoire score up and I need a lot of weapon cards to unlock. There is just one problem: Will I be able to get Year 1 exotics? Please help me

Weapons don't count grimoire score so don't sweat it.

Gjallarhorn in year 3 is supposed to be a quest so don't expect to get a year 1 to unlock the blueprint for year 3 on that weapon.

I was running Crota this morning for nostalgia and got a year 1 hawkmoon. It was in my postmaster. I laughed then sharded it.

Legacy Engrams Activities that are locked in Y1 (VoG, CE, Level 35 and below PoE) That's it. Happy hunting. The good news is that (supposedly) legacy engrams are heavily weighted to drop items that you don't already have unlocked in your kiosk. Also, most of the Y1 exotics were brought forward to Y2, so you can really do everything for the grim score.

Only grimoire card for weapons that gives score is the Zen Meteor. The rest don't give any, just a card

6 RepliesNo you won't sorry just legacy ingrams from xur or year 1 raids. Get to the exotic chest in HD mode vog and open with all 3 characters and roll that checkpoint every week by being on and at the chest before reset then wait till a couple minutes after and have a buddy join and switch your character to keep it rinse and repeat each week and you'll eventually get them all. Hope that helps :)

8 RepliesThere are only a few year 1 exotics that aren't available for year 2. Only thorn gjallarhorn and Icebreaker come to mind. Every other year 1 has been promoted up to year 2 And to those couple exotics stuck in year 1, the ONLY way you can get them is by buying "legacy" engrams from xur. If you want thorn, wait for him to sell a primary legacy engram. For icebreaker, a special legacy engram, etc...

Ohh and the other two exotics are VEX and necrochasm, which can be earned in their respective raids
