I was hoping it wasnt really that, but nope. They shot a retrained man in the head. If only we had some device that electrocutes and incapacitates them.

Edited by Crucial : 7/7/2016 3:32:08 AMHe wasn't shot in the head. There's a video of it on iFunny from a closer view. He was shot in the chest and the guy starts to struggle and squirm as a reaction to being shot. Either way it was a shame that someone had to die.

Yeah it's pretty gross knowing that I first heard about this on ifunny of all places.

I could be wrong, but those two initial pops I believe were tazers (that's what they sounded like). I also heard from a few people who looked into it that they did attempt to taze him first, he was too large for them to take effect.

Edited by Jones Burr: 7/6/2016 7:35:52 PMHe was tased twice to no effect, and resisted arrest while armed. His left arm was pinned, but his right was [b][u]unrestrained[/u][/b], out of view of the camera, and awfully close to the gun recovered from his right pocket. He was also shot in the chest.
