I would have to say that anything they do will only ruin them in PVE. All the weapons suck for PVE because of all the whining and crying on the forums.

That's an issue entirely different those. Bungie needs to separate PVP and PVE adjustments.

Sadly I think Bungie puts crucible over PVE but as PVP player I really can't get mad over it. But I can see the perspective as a PVE person as well because if im not raiding I'm in crucible and if I'm not in crucible I'm raiding.
