I can't download it because it says "This type of transaction could not be completed"

I'm getting the same. Once I go to the website, it says I need to do it from the Xbox. Microsoft needs to fix this shit.

If it says it cannot be completed on "Xbox.com" and needs to be done on a console, but you are doing it on your console, either A. if you have a "child" account then it won't let you on the Xbox one. I'm pretty sure you have to do it on then 360 and then it will show up on the ready to install on your xbone. B. I have no idea. Don't care about Xbox support, they -blam!-in suck.

Everytime I've connected with Xbox Support they were super helpful. If I can't get this game to download, that is my next step.

Well I'm glad you get good support lol, I never have.

They've most always fix my issue but when they can't, they say 'I'll send this to the -insert name of team within Xbox-.' Before I know it, a patch is coming out which fixes my problem.
