Why is there no taken Colussus? He can take anything organic. Cabal are organic. He flippin' took a Primus! Why no Colossuses?

Cyclops are war machines... Completely mechanical, just like harpies. They can't be taken because they are mechanical, like servitors and shanks. Dregs are simply vandals with two arms. If they are taken they will be granted back their two arms as part of their "perfect form". The Primus was a colossus wasn't it? Similar to baxx the grave keeper (ogre) I'm assuming it was just used once as a boss. Taken hydras appear in the "paradox" mission and sometimes in the valus tuarcc (misspelled) strike.

A Primus is not a colossus. A Primus is higher ranked and has better weapons and armor. There isn't a taken colossus.

We don't see any taken dregs, servitors or cyclops either

Dregs just become Vandals as the perfect shape to the Dreg is the Vandal. To once again have all four arms.

Oryx can only take things that are organic because they have their own will. He needs to take their will in order for them to be taken. Some vex are organic because they have this goo inside them. Harpies, Hydras and Cyclopes are all inorganic. Servitors are machines as well. But it remains a mystery why there are no taken Dregs or Colossuses.

We don't see any taken Hydras except in the prison of elders the Seditious Mind is taken, I wonder how it can be taken but not other hydras?

Oryx actually had a taken hydra in the mission paradox, and a taken hydra can appear on the valus tuarc strike

But seriously we need Rasputin in the tower. His faction could be called the Warminds. And have a defend the warsat symbol as the faction symbol.

Yeah or has his own place, to give quests and has lesser ai there to help.

He'd need to have a place on earth but not necessarily the tower as you said. It's like all his lesser ai are just the tower robots that sweep, the postmaster or bounty tracker.
