I don't know how you figure that. You don't pay for Internet service? I am not so lucky. Regardless of the costs of upgrading the console, I refuse to pay for the ttk content twice.

Because you idiot. You already have them to play on your old gen console. You don't need new/better Internet equipment. Secondly, they haven't even discussed pricing for upgrading there may be a special offer.
