I would use the argument, "If everyone's special, no one is." but then again, enter a Raid like Crota's End and these perks would make it painstakingly easy. Trials of Osiris would get 10x more sweaty than it is, they would have to hand out some sweatbands for your wrists. So yeah, it's game breaking, but still, its a freaking cool concept.

I go with that thinking as well but this would be for dlc owners only (iron lords). That plus if everyone was extremely powerful it would negate gunplay and would make the ttk extremely high.

Probably. But still, more abilities just seems like an awesome idea when you imagine it with a grain of salt.
