Like I voted, I like the concept but the perks are not that good imo.
Especially the Titan ones.
They aren't appealing enough to use.
Why would I sacrifice Bastion for a perk that makes the bubble last as less as long? So that it lasts beyond death? What?

I agree that most of the created perks I would never use because they just don't seem viable. Aside from recycling the bullets though, I like that people are out there having fun and being creative. So to that, I say thank you to the OP.

It makes it indestructible (from supers), so basically useful in PvP for controlling point. Worthless in PvE
