Why does the ps4 version suck so bad too? You shoot someone sometimes and it takes 3 seconds to register

Because they had to code it so it was compatible with last gen. So making changes to the current console is more difficult. Hopefully with the Rise of Iron expansion we will see big changes to the way the game works. If not there is always Destiny 2.
