Not even remotely. Looks like some kinda laser tag thingy.

BeyBlades are basically these top-like things that you spin really fast and put in a bowl-shaped arena. They hit each other really fast and force each other out of the arena. This leads to showdowns and tournaments and such where people battle their BeyBlades to see which one is knocked out first. It's an early-2000s thing.

There was also a sleep out, where they would stop spinning first,they stopped around 2014 and another series is being made
