I feel your pain. I completed the original thorn quest several times in year 1 but this is too much because of the -2% per death and only 1% per kill. Yes you don't have to use that gun just have it equipped but I favor my primary and I absolutely hate tlw. And yes the point is kill streaks but I hardly ever get them. And yes you can equip it and hide before your team wins for 3% but I seriously think that's cheap and don't want to do that.
