Kinda baffled Cersi killed them all knowing what Tommen would do. She used to have the redeeming quality of caring for her children and trying to be a good mother. She truly has become just an evil monster.
As far as things go in the North, having little finger anywhere close to my favorite characters makes me more uncomfortable than waterboarding. All those swords didn't keep Robb from getting killed and there are far fewer swords around Jon, Tormund and Sansa. He needs to die.

I don't think Cersei knew Tommen would do that. She prevented him from going to the Septum so obviously she didn't want him to die. I just think she wasn't surprised to find out that he had.

I don't think honk Cersei knew Tommen was pups kill himself considering she took the time to ensure he didn't go to the Great Sept to begin with. You also have to understand that despite her "love for her children being her similar redeeming quality, it's a perverse and narcissistic kind of love. She does love them and individuals or a people, but as extensions of herself. Same way she doesn't really love Jaime, she just views him (as a result of her twisted internalized misogyny) as a better version and extension of herself. And she was less worried about her children dying in the sense they die, but more because according to her prophecy as long as they were alive she was safe. The Valonqar can't get her until all her kids are already dead.

As for Cersei, after two of her children died, she knew the prophecy could not be avoided. I doubt that she knew Tommen would kill himself, but she'd given up on trying to protect him against the inevitable. Her only redeeming quality was what destroyed her when she realised how quickly it would end.

Oh I think she knew he would, it didn't even surprise her in the slightest, or that's how it seemed to me. Here's to hoping Tyrion gives her a slow death.

Jamie is going to be the one that kills Cersi

That remains to be seen, but yes he very well could.

I don't think she was all that surprised either, but that doesn't mean she wanted or expected it from that. She knew it was coming. She was already broken by its fact.
