No, PvP montages should have no place in MotW. That should be reserved for original and creative content. Montages like these are a dime a dozen.

Interesting point of view, but aren't PvP Gameplay Videos original and creative too?

Depends on how it's done. Montages just showing off kills and stuff has been done a thousand times. But then you have a group like Rooster Teeth that took the PvP of Halo to make an entirely original series with "Red vs Blue". While I don't believe montages such as yours are entirely original, PvP can lead to original content creation.
