the marks are an ongoing issue, if' you've completed a mission and have not received them...wait a day, Bungie has been sending "gifts" to the Postmaster, these are ur Legendary marks. if u've gotten one before on the same character, it will not drop again. i imagined u checked ur Postmaster if ur inventory was full, as others have mentioned.
