The other day, some Titan kept killing me with this weapon, much to my annoyance.
So I would say that Fabian Strategy is good, in the right hands.

Its not terrible, its just not exotic either, all youre doing is switching the arch type on it from mid to high rof, and as we all know high rof autos are really good. But that doesnt really do anything because you could just go by an Armantius-D.
