Hello,
Did you recently switch consoles or Bungie.net accounts? If not, are you sure you thoroughly checked your kiosks? Both the Shader and Emblem would be located under the "Promotional" tab on the last page in their respective kiosks.

I did play destiny on X1 after upgrading and am mostly sure they were there. I figured they'd be under promotions, checked thoroughly through both shader and emblem sections on all three characters. The Nepal Fundraiser has long ended. There is no website to check the status. Are you positive you ented in the code on this Bungie.net account?

Only account I've ever had. I had donated for three. I believe the first wasn't a code it was linked to the bungie account that donated (this account) and picked up at the post master or special vendor Eva Lavante before she sold stuff for silver. The other two were codes that I gave to friends.
