Saterienne Rapier with Zen Moment, Hand Laid Stock and Reactive Reload absolutely destroys on longer range maps. One of the most consistent weapons in my possession.

Still have yet to get my hands on one! How's it perks aside?

Without a stability perk it feels pretty average, and you defiantly feel the smaller than average mag size. But if you don't get quite the roll you want, defiantly still give it a try. A recommend next time you go to pick up a crucible package, equip a year 1 primary weapon. Make sure the rest of your gear is highest light as possible. This supposedly increases your chances of getting a primary weapon. That's how I got mine.
