Higher level ghosts without raiding?
What's the most efficient/effective way to get a high level ghost w/o raiding?

I was running Elders and got 2 335 ghost today.

Challenge of elders Challenge of elders Challenge of elders And, oh yeah, challenge of elders. I did totems 6 times a week for a very long time, and only ever got one ghost drop. On hard. And it didn't even drop above 310. Cue challenge of elders. I did speed runs not caring about points and I got 3 335 ghosts in one day and haven't had to worry about ghosts since. P.S. Iron banner will get you a 320 ghost if you aren't in the level range for a 335 ghost yet.

Iron Banner and vanguard/crucible faction drops. Shaxx bounties have a chance at dropping 335 ghost shells. That's about it, I believe. Someone care to add?
