Iron gjallerhorn
Ok so I just watched the tech stream for rise of iron and the briefly talked about gjallerhorn at the end and I'm confused if you get it for free by pre ordering it and have to make it in game if you don't, can only make it if you pre order, or binge is -blam!-ing with us and we all get it the same

My Theory is that if you pre-order, you unlock a time-gated quest to get the Gjallarhorn early before it becomes unlocked to all other players? And the Gjallarhorn you earn is the "Iron Gjallarhorn" but I have no idea

You get a black ghorn when you complete the quest and quest is available at launch. Everyone else will have to unlock the quest to get the original skinned gun.

1 ReplyEveryone gets a ghorn, supposedly it will be obtained in a quest available in rise of iron, the only difference is if you pre-order instead of getting a white one you'll get the black version of it

3 RepliesEverybody has a quest to forge a Gjallarhorn. If you preorder, your forged Gjallarhorn will be the Iron variant. If you don't preorder, you get the normal one. Those who preorder can still obtain the normal Ghallarhorn.

I have a feeling that we will be able to buy the iron ghorn for $$$ . If you haven't pre order it that is .

No if you pre order you get the quest, day of the expansion release, for the black ghorn. If you do not pre order you wait till they release the quest and you get the normal skinned one. Not the black one.

6 RepliesYou get day 1 access to the quest to make it if you pre-order, as well as the iron skin. Otherwise you have to wait to get the quest later.
