Bungie is pushing back Xbox pre-orders to punish Microsoft for leaking Rise Of Iron
It has been available for pre-order on PS4 since the stream ended :)

So not true Same happened with TTK as well, it's something to do with M$ certification for digital content I'm not a M$ player but this was the same reason that was given for TTK

Has someone who just replied to me pointed out Apperantly it's got something to do with M$ digital certification policies before it becomes available in the Store , but I don't know
