Hunter main here. No. Shoulder charge does not need a nerf. It would useless if it didn't one hit kill. It may be super easy to use. It has stupid tracking and requires little skill to use but that [i]isn't the fault of the player using a Titan. It's the fault of the nerfs to primary weapons.[/i] Primary weapons take so long to kill the ability to close in on a target is ridiculous easy compared to year 1. If kill times weren't around 1 second the Titan wouldn't be able to run around carelessly. Shoulder charge may be annoying. It may be easy to use but it's [i]not the[/i] problem. The problem is primary weapons. The effect of slow kill times is shoulder charge and OHK weapons. (Shotgun and snipers)
