Implement Rotating Raids
So in order to get people off bungie's back, with the new upgrade in level that'll probably happen with RoI, why not implement a rotating raid?
Every week a different raid is up to current light.
You'll have a normal weekly raid and a hard weekly raid each with its own challenges and modifiers.

This'll be on top of the new one.
So there is more content to do every week. Maybe you implement an ai to calculate the scores and everything to determine a Raid MVP.
