Yup the damage buff applies to aftermath also. So now it does like 130 damage or something like that per pulse instead of 60ish.

I may even use that now instead of the shockwave

Yup and if you use aftershocks also it will last longer. Its definitely the way to go now for Titan. You just have to make sure you land right on the guys instead of 20 feet away if you are used to playing with shockwave. It destroys everything in pve.
