Well I know the Death Stars is huge, it's like volume or something is HUGE but anywho based on that I think the Death Star is bigger but I don't really think it could be more deadly

It seems more deadly based on what we have seen. The Death Star can blow up a planet in seconds. The Dreadnaught blew up a bunch of space ships. Perhaps the Dreadnaught could destroy a planet, but we haven't seen it do so.
